During the festival, cooking sessions are spread across the weekend. Artists swap instruments and microphones for cooking utensils and unusual ingredients. This is an informal and lively environment, and a great way to get up close to the artists!
A dedicated marquee hosted by Jax Hamilton of Masterchef NZ fame houses the Nova Energy Taste the World programme in the Kunming Garden.
