WOMAD Premium Food Stall Application

We're looking for an exceptional foodie to set-up a unique food stall at the festival.

We have a premium 10m x 10m space located in the heart of the festival. We're looking with someone who has a vision to transform the space into a unique eating/dining experience that will enhance the WOMAD experience. You'll need to have a delicious menu offering, experience running a festival food stall and a talent for creating exciting and inviting spaces.


Late applications will NOT be accepted.  If your application has not been completed fully or is missing key information it will NOT be considered.   Please take your time with the application and ensure you attach all necessary documents.  If you have questions about the application contact the office on 06 7598412.

01 November                       Applicants acceptance/decline notification

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS
09 November                       Stall holder contracts sent
23 November                       Signed contracts to be returned
                                             Invoices for 50% stall deposit issued
14 December                       Invoice payment required
31 January                           Confirm number of passes (festival) required
                                             Remainder of stall fee payable
08 March                              No changes to camping requests will be accepted

Your stall fee includes; 

  • Premium, high traffic and high profile site
  • 10 x10 m ( Maximum) individual site (100m2)
  • One supply of 32 amps of power in a 10 amp outlet 
  • 8 site passes 
  • Water provided
  • Public Liability Insurance
