Wellness & Sustainable Stall Application

INFORMATION

The WOMAD NZ  Wellness Stalls are located in the beautiful Kun Ming Village at WOMAD NZ.  This area is also part of our Global Village and has a chilled and grounded vibe.  A Wellness Stall is a site where vendors dealing in products and services that have the wellness of mind, body and spirit in mind will trade at the festival.  Think, massage, reiki, acupuncture, readings, aromatherapy, nurturing beauty and health products with wellness at the heart of them.  The Wellness Area is a place where our festival goers come to pamper themselves, to chill out and to relax and recharge away from the hustle and bustle of the festival.

• Please remember a $200 refundable bond is required in addition to the site fees

Wellness stall details:
• 3m x 3m site (9 m2)
• includes five site passes
• Allocated stall space in an erected tent with sides.
• one supply of 5 amps only as part of your stall fee.
• $405 + GST 

Sustainable stall details:
3m x 3m site (9 m2)
includes five site passes
This option is only available to approved sustainable traders.

APPLICATION TIMELINE

23 September Applications close
26 September - 14 October All applications reviewed
21 October Applicants notified if successful or not
18 November Contract and invoice sent out
2 December 50% deposit required from successful applicants and NPDC Food Stall licence fee of $57 due
27 January Confirm number of any extra passes and camping tickets (if applicable) required and pay remaining 50% of fee

Late applications will NOT be accepted. If payment dates are not adhered to this will be considered a breach of contract and your site will be forfeited and made available to an applicant on the wait list.
